Let me first start by saying this, It doesn't matter to me who you use to finance your home. I don't make anything on referrals, It is in fact illegal to receive money on the side for us. So why am I posting a mortgage company's contact info? Because there is nothing worse then jumping through all the hoops required to buy a house, Then having the bank back out. And the way this happens is you get pre-approved, We find a house, Make the deal, And you think we are all set. But typically the week of the closing the bank backs out by not committing to the mortgage. So all this time has just been wasted. And you are left where you started, At the beginning. So with this being said the mortgage person is the backbone of the deal! I have dealt with quite a few companies, And I use Liz exclusively for my own personel deals. I have had great sucess with her and her company in the past. All they do is mortages and they will get you the best deal they can. If you don't choose to use her please just get a secondary pre-approval through her. There is no cost for this, And it will not hurt your credit. It's expected that you will "shop around" for a mortgage.
Please keep this thread on topic, I will not close it so people can leave feedback. But I will go through it and delete off topic posts.
So here is her info:

I have this listing, Its a very nice home. The roof, Septic, Windows, And vinyl siding are two years old. All this house needs is paint and to have the hardwoods refinished in my opinion. But it's well worth a look. Here is the

If anyone is thinking about getting into this business here is a great opportunity! It's going to be an all day affair but only for two days. It will be at my office in Fall River. The cost is going to somewhere between $200-260. That depends on the number of people we end up with. But I will say this the first class I took was over $300. He is doing this cheap for me as a favor for the referrals I have sent him. I will need a deposit of $100 in advance though because I can't have people not show. What do you guys think?

Oh it's true, You must CLOSE on a house by November 30th. Yes close not just have under agreement. There is talk of an extension but it's just rumor at this point! So if you are on the fence let's find you a house! And hopefully it won't be a short sale.

My fiance and I are sick of our apartment, neighbors suck and I'm sick of replacing car stereos. We have been looking on craigslist but were wondering if anybody knew of someplace else to look? Thank you.

Hey Tom, How you doing? Question...what kind of info can you dig up on relocation and compensation under the Uniform Relocation Act? With the airport attempting to expand, there's a good chance I may be forced to move. I'm tryign to figure out what my rights are.

I was wondering if you could help me out. I'm looking at renting a new place, and someone I know mentioned a first time home buyers credit. Now I dont know the first thing about buying a house, I was looking for some pointers, maybe an idea of what I'd be looking at getting into with something like that. I dont know if I WANT to buy, I'm just considering it.

I had my first personal closing yesterday. My business partner and I purchased a three family and a single family house on the same lot. I am very excited about this. So if anybody is looking to rent a single family or a first floor 3 bedroom apartment let me know.

Hello All
I am a sophomore, almost junior in college. And ive been thinking about ways of helping my future. And with the economic times, and housing prices, I was thinking about making a dip into the real estate business.
There is a house for sale in town (bridgewater) that i want to look into purchasing. I however, have little to no credit, and im 20 years old. This house is a 2 apartment house and i can only see myself making money on it in the future. It has a great locatino whcih is pretty much right on campus, and is in seemingly awesome shape.
Is this something that is out of reach for myself?
I am a college student, and i dont have ALOT of money, but some.
Is this something i could do on my own or would i need parents (cosignature, etc)?
Am i crazy?

There is a first time home buyers tax credit going on this year. They just changed it for the better. You now get more money and you don't have to pay it back. Here are the details.
