I need a driveshaft for my s10, It needs to be balanced to 8000 rpm and no-one in New-england has that equipment to my knowledge.

Any ideas other than having Denny's make one?

I thought there was a place in providence that does it?

try cockcroft in E.P.... not sure if they can spin one that fast but they do good work

Denny does most of our driveshafts....worth the money. But why 8000rpm? Your motor doesn't go that high?

just forget ANYONE locally RI driveshaft if a bunch of retards. They didnt even balance my driveshaft, it was WAY the fuck off, and I had to threaten to take them to court to get my money back.

I then brought it to cape cod axle who got it pretty close but its still not perfect.

Dont even waste your time just send the driveshaft out. I'll never work with local vendors again.. People around here just lack the ability to do performance work

Really the only issue I had with denny's was the wait. But I pled and he bumped me up (so they said).

Really good guy too, I had him build me one many years ago for an 85 GT I was putting together.

Not unless your going through the traps in 5th or 6th smile.gif. When your in 4th gear, driveshaft speed=engine speed.

Mitchell's drive train service in Shrewsberry. Heard a lot of great things about them, and my father also buys a lot form them.
