before i take it to the dealer, and waste 4 hours of my life, i was wondering if anyone here could help me. yesterday i went to use my horn when a asshole cut me off and it worked fine. continued home, got outa the car, went to set the alarm like i do everytime, and.... nothing. doors just locked. went in the car put the car on, pressed the horn, and...... nothing. my friggin horn shit the bed or something. i mean the horn is the gayest horn ive ever heard, but thats not the point. i need a horn!

Now, ive checked the fuses, they all seem to be good, especially the "horn" fuse. what else could it be? nothing else seems to be broken, or not working.

BRING IT TO THE DEALER, IT'S THEIR PROBLEM!!!
Hondo
i know, but ill have to wait for 4 hrs for them to do it. haha if it can be fixed in 10 mins by myself id rather do that.
2LOW4AFATHOE
ITS WARRANTEED, LET THEM DO IT...
J Kellz
check the connector where the horns are. usually high pitch and low pitch on most cars. unplug on, try it. unplug the other, try it. that way you will know if the horns themselves are blown or just one
Hondo
if i can find the horn(s) i will do that, if not josh ill take it there, i just hate waiting around there.
J Kellz
should be in the front near the grill
jcat
you drive a mazdaspeed 3 right? Check the horn fuses. There should be 2 of them IIRC. This happened to a couple cars when I worked at tasca. Then the connectors on the actual horn itself, and if that doesn't fix the problem go back to the dealer because it's either going to be a relay or a problem with the actual horn switch inside the steering wheel behind the airbag, and you don't want to deal with disconnecting airbags and such.

btw, what color is your ms3? If it's white or red i've seen you a hundred times.
Hyland33
the horn on my 3 is right behind the driverside headlight....and his MS3 is white
Hondo
yes white. i think ive seen your mustang once or twice.
