denso plugs, or even NGK. Just make sure you research and find out which ones do and dont work for your engine (platinum, iridium etc., i remember my maxima you could only use copper plugs but my lexus was only supposed to use iridiums).
As for wires, unless you're using upgraded coils, stock wires will work best. If you do have an upgraded coil I'd go with accel or taylor. Upgraded ignition coils are the only way to take advantage of a larger wire.

ngk seem to work the best for me all the time. built the camaro and used autolite 3924's and the car ran like crap. switched to ngk's and it ran much better. as for wires, like joey said you dont need anything special. stock ac delco replacements will work fine

naw MSD wires are good, I have never had an issue with them, they are a bit more costly than the others though and don't offer an additional benefit unless you are running a better ignition system.

I like to stay with the AC Delco stuff. The engines were designed to run with them from the factory. You're not gonna notice any big power gains from plugs and wires so why mess with a good thing?

delco plugs ftw! the delco irridiums are actually made by ngk, it's stamped right on the metal.... as for wires, yours shouldn't have any, it's got the coil on plug setup i think.....

NGK R's are always nice and reasonably priced I have used them on a variety of bikes and cars, like someone said earlier make sure that your truck doesn't require something special like an iridium plug or something

and the truck doesnt have huge power adders. these should be fine, and they are fairly cheap

.55 GAP , IS THAT THE CORRECT GAP

Isnt .60 stock? I know it is on both of mine. I tried gapping the GP at .55, and it misses when its real cold.
Another fan of ACDelco here... at least for the bird. Alot of GP folks are using autolites, as have I, and I havent had any problems. I'd stay away from anything Autozone branded. All they make is a bunch of cheap shit.

dont forget some cheap brands are made in the same factories and from the same materials and on the same lines as some of the higher end ones. same thing with oil too. a guy at advanced told me that their brand of oil is just pensoil without the brand name.
