So im looking at replacing my headers and mid pipe...i have a few options..
Shorty headers w/ offroad x pipe
Equal Length Shortys w/ Hipipe
Shorty's with Hpipe
Equal length shortys and xpipe are not an option for me
what should i go with?

Shorty headers w/ offroad x pipe
I would go this route.
Do you have any sound clips?

If you are thinking about redoing what you already have you should just do long tubes and a short prochamber or x pipe and be done with it.

Not sure if long tubes will be street legal on his car, though. I know he wants it to be a daily driver.

I've only found one set of longtubes that fit around the AOD and they cost almost $600...

I agree with the longtubes, I wouldn't waste money on shorties.

I agree with LT's 100% but....
He running a AOD, most headers esp. LT's dont fir around the AOD. I would say some BBK, Hooker shorties and a nice midpipe.

I use to think the same way as you but after a few sets of headers you will wish you spent the 600 once I wish I would have.

longtubes ftw, but since you cant afford them go with UN-equal lenths beause equal lengths rub the strurt tower causing rot sooner, so UN-equal lengths with an x-pipe for your set-up

What about mid lengths??? as thats what I like as they split the difference between shorty and LT's without all the headaches involved with LT's
