My fiance bought a 2006 jetta with 35,000 miles about 3 months ago. Shortly after buying it we starting hearing a power steering noise so we brought it in since it is under the factory warranty. I thought it was the pump and they said I was wrong and replaced the steering rack. It still makes the noise so we brought it back and they say it's normal. Fine, we will deal with the noise until the pump blows. We took it to her fathers garage for an oil change and so he could look over the work they did. The work looked good but the fact that the head gasket was leaking wasn't so cool. It's a very little leak and it was scheduled to go in next week but she was driving to work this morning the check engine light is on. I will blow this car up!

by the sound of it, the car may not need your help. LOL

I hate this car! It's not comfortable for me at all, she doesn't mind it. The clutch sucks balls and the car has no balls!

and that light could come up for 13142423 stupid reasons unrelated to the headgasket leak.

I'm almost positive it has NOTHING to do with the headgasket leak which is what pisses me off the most because that means there is another problem with a car that doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it yet. If we had a loan on this car it would be sitting in the bank lobby!

I don't mean this to be an attack so please don't take it as one. If somebody buys a car or has a project they are sharing more times than not lately you post the negative comment. I wasn't showing anything off here nor proud of the lemon I had purchased just bashing the car that I bought and they were bashing the same car. I'm not saying that every Jetta out there is a piece of shit just the one that my fiance and I bought is and it has the service record to prove it. With the internet it can be very hard to tell how something is typed can be read If I bought a project and somebody just came in and said it was hideous than I would take offense but if they said "I never liked that body style but good luck with it" I wouldn't even think twice about it. Like I said earlier this isn't an attack at all.
