The diesels have come a long way, I remember seeing people shut them off at the drive thru so they could hear the person talking.
lol, I have to do that if I borrow my father's 6.0.
sounds like its pretty quite...ive always loved the super duty trucks 
The 6.4's are already pretty quiet as well.

the 6.4 is a pretty good engine, but i have a feeling that 6.7 is gonna blow it out of the water. That thing is stupid silent and with that turbo design should make some ridiculous power and torque numbers.

i like my noisy 6L, when you hear it there is no doubt its a diesel.

x2 i enjoy the sound of a diesel engine
that'd make for a helluva sleeper engine in something

cant beat the loud 7.3l with a stick best diesel motor ever made
Maybe the best one put in production trucks but I wouldnt say ever made.
Ive already worked on one about 2 - 3 months ago. they are BEASTLY!!!!!!!
