yeah it looks like it is. ive been to a lot of races this year and cant wait to get working on my car to run it there. i guess all i need is a 6 point cage, a "stock looking" engine, a certain size tire, a fuel cell and shutoff and thats about it. im going to go with a 350 with maybe a cam and some head work my first year. going to run a qjet carb i think and looking for a saginaw/muncie/t10 for the tranny. the guy i know that does it has a 450hp/450tq 383 stroker and runs on a 7.5 inch rear. he has only broken axles when people hit him in the tires and has been running the same set of gears for 3 years now!
Hey Im in the process of building a pure stock car for asphalt the cars a 87 camaro. Same chasis so we could def talk set ups Im Curious to see "even though different kind of track"
I would def run a saginaw/muncie 3 speed
Isky racing cam is the best place for circle track cams IMO def check it out
are you allowed to lock the rear end ?
