yeah, it's possible, but those would likelly be sucked into the fenders a bit.
i know my 98 had a low 20s offset in front, which was pretty flush, and like a 25 or 30 in the rear which was slightly inside the fender line.
brake clearance won't be the issue in the 20s for the mustang. it's all about getting it as close to flush as possible, that way you can push the limits of your width based on backspacing.
