February 12th, 2010. Columbia, SC got hit with a high of 8" of snow in some spots. That was the 8th HIGHEST total in recorded history for this area. The last time they had accumulation was in the 70's I've been told. And today, March 1st, it's FRIGGIN SNOWING AGAIN!!! I moved here to get away from the snow damnit! According to wikipedia, the average is ONE inch per year of snow. this sucks. and people down here have no friggin clue how to drive in the snow.
