Well I just switched teams and am riding a Honda now (who would have thought it?) Got a Crazy Eddy deal on an 08 CBR 1000RR so I couldn't pass it up....bike has the weight of a 600 and from what I researched has the most power of the newer liter bikes. I can't wait to get her registered and have some fun with her.....

Bad bike Nelson!! Took me awhile to warm up to the new CBR1K when they came out but after working on a few they're one of my favorites!

Thanks Adam...trust me you have no idea how many times I had to think about this based on how it looks, but it's definitely grown on me as well. It has a mean look to it all its own....the tiny tail and the small alien nose make it different yet aggressive. The fact that it weighs 10 lbs less than an 05 600RR also makes it pretty damn cool lol

Not a bike person at all. However i will say, those bikes look mint.

Especially nice how they seem to be paired so well. The bikes look good together (if that makes any sense)

lol...after reading all the reviews about this bike I just couldn't pass it up. Still love Kawi's though, hadn't I found this one I was going to wait it out and try to pick up an 08+ ZX10R

i dont think this one will put the fear of god into you like the 14, but it should be a much more fun all around bike. I was looking at liter bikes a year or so ago, and this was one I liked allot!

Believe it or not dude I think this bike could handle the 14 and the Busa up until it's 170ish mph top end and then they'd hand it it's ass. I got that perception last night after taking her out and called Joe (ZX12), who has ridden all of these and he backed me on my thoughts. This fucker is viscous, in fact some of the reviews I read on it said it left the other 08' liter bikes for dead on corners and on the straightaways. I am definitely still not a Honda fan boi by any means, but this thing is pretty impressive.

I would expect the 14 would walk away in a straight line, but the weight and feel of the honda would make it so much nicer to throw around in the turns that on anything other than a straight line, the honda would pwn. I'm almost curious enough to research 1/4mile times for both.

either way man, Honda makes a hell of a product and you should love riding that beast
