Looks like it may be bullshit. This guy and his wife are in deep. From what I gather, he didn't try anything the 911 operator or the police told him to do.

But think of this for one moment.
Maybe the reason the Govt. is putting Toyota under a microscope and jumping all over their case. Is because they own GM and so to get people to buy Govt Motor cars. they need to demonize all their competetors. Just something to think about on this crisis

I couldn't agree with you any more, Glenn Beck said the same exact thing when the story broke. The government and Toyota are competitors.

I bought a GM product because they make some of the best automobiles around, Not because of the Government. I would do it again if I had too because Obama sucks at selling cars and they always drop thousands of dollars off the price. In the end I got 5 years 100,000 mile warranty and 0% financing.

bullshit, the guy is old, he must have had a manual car, its common sense that u put a car in neutral if the gas is stuck, they teach u that in drivers ed, my sister heard this on the new and she even said hes a idiot and she just got her license. i feel like punching him in the neck,

I watched on the news yesterday, that reps from the Government and Toyota did everything they could on the car for 2 hours and the gas pedal would not get stuck. Now there's someone claiming their Lexus has the same problem. But they were in a parking lot and drove into a store. That's not unusual at all.

I don't doubt for a minute that a few cases did happen, But now that the story has broke out I think people are starting to take advantage of this situation. Can I prove it? No.
