I have been getting code p0171 and p0174 lean banks 1 and 2. Research tells me I could clean my MAF and maybe make these go away. But, what do I use?

Well, there's a can at autozone that says "MAF cleaner" on it. Basically the same as TB cleaner and brake cleaner, but less strong than carb cleaner.
Is it a hotwire maf? If so, I'd recommend spraying the maf and letting it air dry. If the wire is really gunked up i'd say very carefully paper towel to the wire, but when i say VERY CAREFULLY i mean it.
If it's karmann vortex (little grid inside the opening) just spray it and air dry, remove what you can off the grid's surface.

I would clean it with the MAF stuff and not touch it. Easy way to hurt it and need a new one.

spray it off using MAF cleaner. If you use brake cleaner you made a $(insert cost of new sensor here) mistake.
