I was reading about this yesterday....I guess they were in a high pressure zone and one of the guys thought that the camera was a gun and they opened fire.

honestly if you've never been in the military than you can't possibly understand the kind of pressure that troops both ground and air are under. while this is a horrible mistake it happened don't go trying to crucify the people involved every reporter/ person that knowingly walks into a WAR ZONE knows that they could be killed or wounded.

This War, folks. These are real Weapons with Real ammunition that kill you really..
If you walk, talk and look like a gaggle of terrorist insurgents you gonna get shot up like a group of insurgents. Just cause your a warrazzo (new name for war time photogs, I coined don't use it unless you wanna pay me) Doesn't mean you can run around and gather groups of people with ak's and shit and have a street pow wow with obvious patrols in the area. Stay inside, tell us where your fucking cousin ahmed the terrorist lives and where we can kill him and his buddies. Or get your heads out of your ass and start living a civilized life where bombing other people sounds like a bad idea and just talk about it around the fucking office water cooler like every one else does.

i agree with the wartime comments....
except i think there should be some reprecussions. while i understand the logic behind their actions. Laughing about one of them getting run over and the general lack of decency is appalling.....I certainly won't be upset if nothing happens, but i can get it if they are punished to some point...

I look at it this way, You can't trust anyone there, If you feel threatened you need to take action.
I really need to see the whole movie Hurtlocker.

if you can't handle the pressure you shouldn't be doing the job so pressure is NO excuse.
sounds like the gunner was a retard like squishy face from jarhead, the gov. needs to keep these people OUT of the military, or restrict them to latrine duty.
