did certain years of cobra's (from 99-04) come with the tail lights that had the amber reflector for turn signals? as it turns out, once i get my car here, they are going to rewire my lights and take out my reverse lights as they aren't a requirement here in the UK.

IIRC, they are sort of hard to find and sought after. But any info would help and maybe I can get some ordered and here before my car arrives later this month.

IIRC the 99 and 2000 had the orange.. And you should definitely try and find me some Eclipse taillights with the orange corners

99 and 01 are the only cobras that had the amber lens. There were no 2000 cobras (cobra R only that year, and they had all red tails), and no 2002 cobra's stateside either (ford shipped all 02 model cobras to Australia). 03/04 had all red tails.

yeah, a goal in life is to go to australia, buy an 02 cobra, ship it back, and sell it for a hopeful fortune lol

i'd imagine it's not horrible unless you've got a stickshift....would take a while to get used to shifting left handed
