everything is legal in texas. hell in arizona you dont even need a permit to carry a concealed weapon anymore

Hollow points are legal because they won't go thru a body..at least it's not likely they will.
The concern is not the person you shoot...it's what's behind that person.
Hollow points aren't likely to go thru walls either.Many people have loaded guns in their homes and you don't want a bullet getting outside the home or in the next room.

Eagle talons AFAIK are illegal tho.
