Full Version: Map Pocket Delete?

SO I'm in the process of covering my interior plastics with some nice high quality vinyl. I'm doing the dash, and I've been considering getting rid of the map pocket. I dont use it. But I'm worried that it will be kinda bare without it. Heres a pic of the map pocket... with a piece below it covered with vinyl. Big difference in the color/ finish. The second pic is the stock interior with the map pocket. Basically it'll just be a flat section that goes across if I delete it. What say the opinions of rekless?

going with the majority here and gonna say keep it

wow, unanimous so far for keeping it. I think I might put new elastic in it, something a little more heavy duty than what was originally there. It's kinda neat though, theres a sticker on the back that says 10-11-90... sounds about right for the build date.

Oh no. I was mocking your "wow it has a date of 1990" on it.

Carpet in my Cougar has a tag of 1977 smile.gif
