any one know of any inspection places in Rhode Island, or that would be valid in RI, that would.... turn its back... on a full system after-market exhaust and undertail kit?

PM me for info. I have an exhaust, undertail, and a vertical plate with no light 6 inches from the ground.. no problems 3 years in a row. Dont wanna blow up their spot tho, so to speak.
