RIGHT!!!
MikeK
Well it is per capita.

15 people probably don't get that many speeding tickets...considering there'd only be 1 cop.... laugh.gif
Stangman_NB
another reason to love Mass rolleyes.gif
BOTTLEDZ28
Im sure I didnt help at all when they put that listed together. I have had enough speeding tickets to account for everyone here.

Speeding isn't an issue in RI, By the time you start speeding you run out of road.
J Kellz

ummm, im surprised MA didnt make number 1 on the list.......

O wait but this is only fpr speeding tix never mind, the faulty vehicle, loud exaust, rejection/expired inspection, lack of use of turn signals, 3rd brake light missing (got one 2 days ago), suspicios passenger, tailgating, drag racing, expired registration that they no longer warn us about, and on and on and on and f-in on, that these cops like to give us tickets for around here... cuz if they did this based on moving violation citations alone, MA would have been number 1, because we have the strictest driving laws in the f-in country....
J Kellz
ive never had a problem in mass and i always speed thru there. idk why you guys are even on the list

They're allowed to give out tickets without seeing you and they also can lie in court. Definitely not surprised MA made the list.

Thats prob why they dont pull you over around here because they are aware of that law, and would much rather get their quota by pulling over people they can ticket... Im sure if you came down daily you'd get stopped about a month later, asking where you reside....

omg... I was being sarcastic. Obviously I was freaking exaggerating a bit, but if you lived around here for as long as I have, you'd know what Im saying... Your talking to someone who just got pulled over the other day for a "lack of a 3rd brake light" after being followed for 4 minutes doing not one mile over or under the speed limit... Id rather have gotten a ticket for the dam loud exaust...So ya Im a lil pissy about the cops around here.. lmao

And sux to drive in Cali if thats the case, but from what I understand thats due to their high pollution rates resulting in stricter emmission/inspection laws...
J Kellz
plus they have more open roads and a much worse street racing problem
Nrw

You laugh Neil, I think it's happening. The governator is going down!

i can't believe ri isn't on the list, everyday i see at least 2 cars pulled over but i've never gotten a ticket in mass and i speed going through there. the bridge near cf where they pull over semis should have made us number one lol, they must pull over at least 50 trucks a day

its only based on SPEEEDING tickets. not any other moving violation. that bridge in pawtucket is under construction and nothing over 10 tons or 2 axles is allowed over it. if they do go over, its a 3000 dollar fine. thats why the staties are always posted there. they arent doing radar. just waiting for stupid truck drivers.

The only stupid fucks are the ones who decided to put about 10 new jersey barriers on each side of the bridge that weight like 6,000 lbs a piece. Not to change the subject.
