Motorcraft FL1A is used on all the pushrod engines, I believe.

Who knew there was a bigger one? I'm getting this from now on. it holds an extra quart or so.

all that you need to put a bigger filter on a car is to be sure that the gasket diameter and the threads are the same. and if you haev the clearence they will work.

We have a 460 in a motor home and I replaced a PH8A with a PH977 something like that.. its like 2 ph8a's
