So why dont we just have manual mirros, crank windows, and sunroofs that flip out or you take out??? cause the elctroics are conveient. Maunal Locking hubs area GREAT if the vehicle is used for off road, if you just use it in Snow, the Auto's are nicer. as long as the comapny making them is making quality stuff.
I am kinda shocked Ford had a Vaccum Setup in an 04 F250. i figured they wouldve had a full electric setup by then.
Im a chevy guy all the way. Bow Tie till I Die, but Ford makes a Toguher truck, and it rides like a truck. the chevys are nice, but the sit to low and ride like a caddy. nice for a commuter, but thats not what you buy a truck for. thats my Opinion.

I want my truck to ride like a Caddy. All it needs to do is get my pellets and tow my camper. The rest of the time it's transportation.

Both of my GMC trucks have been really good to me, although havent figured out why it would be a gay mans chevy??
I have had bad luck with Fords in the past(transmission failures, head gaskets, valve seals, etc.... Although my rental is actually the New Ford Explorer and it seems like a nice ride. They have inproved their suspension in their SUV's dramatically and the new blue they came out with is bad ass....

IMO Automatic Locking Hubs suck. Atleast the early ones did. My sisters Sonoma probably is gonna need a new front differential after the hubs got stuck halfway in and wouldnt unlock. Electronics are prone to failure, and I hate how they put so much electronics on vital parts. Then when you have a problem it can be any of the 2-50 electrical parts involved.

So then all of em are 2wd now? If the hubs dont lock they wouldnt have 4wd.
