the articel spelled it out in the nicest way possible. The Parents Babied the fuck outta the kid and he has no reason to get a fuckin job. shit like this really pisses me off. you work where you have to, eventually you will get where you want to be if you try hard enough.

i started where i am am 3 years ago, i was in a tech training Program. now im a shift supervisor. all you gotta do to move up is try. people are just lazy.

the problem is, as soon as you get north of west virginia, or west of arizona, the general consensus is that someone else should be the ones getting their hands dirty.
