Just a quick story. Not that exciting but I was hoping someone knew something about the car.
I just got the rx7 running again finally with the new cam and I'm still breaking in the clutch and its still untuned so I am trying to stay off the gas but I ran into a mustang on the highway and I guess I couldent help myself the traffic opened up.
So I pulled next to him and he looked over. So I hear him hit it and I hit it a second later. I started in 4th at about 80 just went about 3/4 throttle and short shifted into 5th. I think once I started pulling immediatly he let off because once I got into 5th for a second or so and I was about 4-5 cars ahead.
It was a 99-04 silver GT with a body kit (sounded like deff an exhaust) and some larger chrome rims with blacked out tails..
I know I know.. I just described like 50,000 mustangs but I was on 495N near Norwood.
Maybe you guys know him or he's on here. Figured I'de throw it out there. Car pulled ok... honestly it doesnt feel significantly faster so far than before the cam.
