ok, so my front stage amp is in my spare tire well in the trunk. the subwoofer enclosure is over it. so its not a very well ventilated area... especially considering that the exhaust runs right under it. now that its been getting hot out i been noticing that after a while, the front state will start to fade lower and lower till it stops playing all together. so naturally i expect it to be it over heating and going into protection mode.
so my question is what can i do to make the area better ventilated/cooler? i was thinking about adding a PC fan but figure all it will be doing is blowing hot air around. and then i also figured i could take the liquid cooling lines from my PC and run it around the heat sink or possibly the mother board of the amp.but now im thinking that the liquid will still heat up and not stay cool.... any insight?
i really dont want to move the amp because i dont feel like buying more wire for the ground and what ever other wire that needs to be longer.

i have always picked up pc fans at radio shack and used them. if its possible, drill little holes somewhere where you cant see them to get a little air in there

Cross flow fans work great too you just need to move the air even on a hot hot day a fan will help
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...4=263602_263622runs off of 12 volts just add a relay onto your power wire and use the remote as a turn on for the relay and your all set
