You could get headers back for the cost of your exhaust. Everything for new cars is crazy expensive

Stuff for cars that a commonly built are cheap. Car's that aren't typically modded it gets expensive, but more rewarding IMO.

log mani..... very simplistic, and works well with turbos. Other than that, unless the stock mani sucked ass, just a pretty mod IMO. Definitely going to dress the engine bay a bunch

It's known to make a noticeable difference on NA or FI builds....really beneficial when bottle fed, which I plan on being very soon...but it definitely is pretty lol

have a pic of stock mani for comparison?
My LS for example, has extremely long runners for producing low end tq. If I dropped that style of mani, I may gain power on a sheet, but lose time on the track. Now not all cars are the same, but things like this need to be taken into account when buying stuff.
On the spray, that manifold will distribute the nitrous pretty well making for even shots across all cylinders. But getting more power out of a nitrous shot....... is hard to really say what is what. If you are using less nitrous, it could be anything in the system even on same model cars. Its why every nitrous kit needs to be tuned on the specific car running it.
Either way, definitely going to have its upsides.

the 6th gen mani isn't too bad, better with the power valve removed. And has a decent high end when gutted and the rev limit is extended.

try modding a vw........ shits expensive as fuuuuuck
even when i had the mazda the prices of aftermarket shit compared to vw is about the same. but i agree with your statement about being more rewarding i love oddball cars, but everyone knows that

lol.
back on topic.
that looks amazing have you thought about transferring the battery to the trunk? i think it would clean up the bay IMO
04max
Jul 29 2010, 11:00 PM
I plan on doing a full trunk setup, so I dont know about moving it to the trunk. But I am probably going to go Optima and clean the bay up a little...already ordered a new polished intake to match the manifold....WHICH, I installed today...and let me tell you, definitely a noticeable difference...top end is just amazing. Tomorrow, my resonator is getting installed, new intake should be in beginning of next week.
