So Im def going to repaint the bike. The choices i need to make are color schemes and how many pieces to actually paint.

so colors : flat black
Gloss fire engine red
Gloss silver
Candy red over either silver or gold
some kind of crazy green color
solid color or two tone

pieces to paint : Tank, sides, fenders
just tank
tank and sides. maybe eliminate or bob the fenders. (ive got 2 sets of fenders)

Pictures of color options would be awesome, i can use all the ideas i can get and then ill prob do something totaly different that no one mentioned but itll still be a good discussion

pops at the shop does our striping. he painted for perewitz for 20 some odd years, he was doing old school striping when that shit was new

2-Tone — Flat black and Brown primer panels w/pin. If I do build a rat/cafe type bike for next season, this is the scheme I'm prolly going with.
I get a pretty good deal on pinstriping. Pops that Paul refers too is actually my pops!
