I'm considering painting my Integra since it looks so awful. lol

hahahaha. See? It can't look much worse!
I'm wondering if I should go through Maaco or something. I know they used to have like $250 specials. I haven't checked their prices lately. Any other options for places that do a mega cheap paint job?
I was also considering painting the car myself. I've never painted a car before, so I'm not sure how difficult it is. Since this is just a beater car, it doesn't have to look PERFECT, but I still like it look decent.
Any ideas or opinions?

Is it a guy from Maaco? Somebody recently just suggested a Maaco out of Fall River to me to retouch my bumper and hood from chips, and the owner was quite reputable in a good way as well.

Talk to P2, normally even a decent paint job done right will be over 1000.

Other than the flat surfaces of the roof/trunk/hood, how is the rest? Why not just two tone it with black?
Ordinarily I'd say buy materials kick me some cash and I'd shoot it for you, but I'm backed up with something of my own I have going on right now.

You should post up cavy updates.
Anyways a decent pain job from what I have seen is usually over 1000 by someone who knows what theyre doing.

I was thinking about doing it white, since I have white auto paint already. Maybe white with a black roof, it can be Hertsi's uncool twin!
The whole car is pretty bad, the paint is chipping off the rear bumper as well.

I know taking it to makco or whereever isn't really 250, thats just the catch, you have to consider labor, prep, prep materials and everything else. I have never taken my car there because everyone who I know who has it would come out shitty.
My car was just painted a couple of weeks ago, and the paint alone was about 800, total was alot, over 3k.... its not cheap inless you know someone who does it in a garage.

that hood and roof would have to be stripped, primed, sealed, etc...
you can see how off the color is from the front bumper to the fender

It's all in the prep work. If you can do it yourself, Maaco works out.
FWIW, I did my Cavalier by myself, and I was around $1100 in materials from start to finish.
