Looking it up, it's supposed to swell your gaskets? WTF? haha wierd. I'd imagine it to be harmful in the long run and just a patch that will end in a worse leak as miles fly unsure.gif

Where is the leak exactly?

not exactly sure, i havent been underneath the car to look.

I moved the thread to a more suited section I hope you dont mind.

If its a seal that I would say you're SOL. If its a gasket you may be able to use some sealant on it. Try running some lucas oil stabilizer, its real think and might stop it from leaking.

dont use stop leak or lucas oil stabalizer
LSRengineering
Yeah I know what you mean. The seal on my waterpump impeler is junk and it drips one drop of coolant every few hours.. gets annoying..

Try the lucas it might make the oil thicker and less prone to seeping out.

I love Lucas Oil Stab, I use 1 quart at every oil change.

stop leak. it works great. don't get me wrong, but what it does is cake up in your engine. when you finally get around to fixing it permanently, you will have to flush the crap out of your engine,
