The rebar was cut. It would suck hitting the wall at the track with it...
Samoclese
there is 4 fucking links in the OP.......quit giving Nick a hard time, just because you don't like him
Stangman_NB
GUYS......this is a tech thread about a 9 second car. Seriously there is no need to give him shit about it.

If I found a 9 second Geo Storm and posted it would there be need for folks to shit on my thread?

That's typical on a lot of the FWD boosted cars. I personally have done one.

Nice to see a honda built right with no corner's cut. The suspension is dialed in pretty damn good too!

I'm serius about my rebar comment. I don't know what Josh meant
Stangman_NB
cars have rebar under their bumpers for protection and it has been cut out of that Honda......lots of the FWD race cars do that for more room
DieselDBag
Thats the only way a huge intercooler will fit. And so the bumper cover will go back on. Should have used a water-to-air intercooler with the amount of HP the car makes. Close to 1000 ponies
oceanstatetuning
beautiful car

Thats one fast Honda. Doing 150+ mph in the quarter is one serious car.

This is what I plan to do with the RX7. Drive it to the track, throw the bias plys on run 9s and then switch back to my normal tires and drive home. Then next weekend adjust the suspension setup and go autoX it.

We'll see how if it works out
