then i got this

and my favorite piece of the day....

the epitome of ford racing godlyness. super lumpy, car sounds like its about to stall, but better than stock for boost cams... Drool.gif

still waiting on some back ordered parts. unfortunately i cannot install the cams till the rest of it comes in. sad.gif but it should be within the next few weeks.

so i was just reading through the directions for both the sifter and the start button. heres the quick versions.

shifter:

1 remove shift knob and boot
2. jack up car
3. remove shifter linkage
4. insert new shifter
5. connect shifter and re-install boot and knob

push button start:
1. remove entire center console
2. remove heat / a/c unit
3. remove hvac
4. remove 12 power source (this is where the start button goes)
5. hollow out area for push button
6. inset push button and mangle clip in from behind
7. remove driver side kick panels, knee panels, steering column covers and steering wheel.
8. find ignition harness
9. splice in relay
10. find a ground (good luck... )
11 reinstall 1/2 of your interior.
12. check if car starts
13. if car starts re-install the rest of your interior, if not remove everything and try again...

lol

something so simple, but not really

but uh thanks... i really only use it as a storage area for car parts and clothes. i prefer my garage floor.

well ive got valve springs and retainers on the way and i dont have the tools to install that stuff here so im just gonna bring it to dez and have him do the cams, springs and retainers then give it a good dyno tune.
DR. GONZO
yeah man when i did my short throw it me like 15 minutes mostly just unbolt and rebolt lol. but i didn't even need to jack up my car everything was under the center con.
