The g20 has some mad clouding going on in the headlights. I was going to just buy new ones, but I'm finding out they are hard to come by. Any suggestions on a cheap and easy way to clear foggy plastic headlights?

Here's what i used when i had the cougar.
http://www.janvil.com/Seemed to work fairly well.
I don't think there is really any product better than others.
I used a soft buffing wheel on a D/A and then finished it off by hand.
The cougar had deposits on the inside though so it never was really clear.

I used some stuff from autozone when I got my HID's. It was like 5 bucks and it worked pretty well. I did the right lens with just one quick application in this picture, cause it was like 10 degrees out.. Obviously more time = better result. You apply it with an applicator or terry cloth, and then buff it off. I think its called Blue Magic Lens Restorer. I'll get the exact name for it after I go to my garage later.
Oh, and that's what the bottle looks like.. ha. I left it on the bumper.

the kits you can buy are really only a band aid fix. if you want to fix them to looking like new then you're going to have to wet sand them. little more involved but the results are worth it.

There's a kit they sell at autozone and walmart. Comes in a silver pouch, like tinfoil almost. Comes with sand paper, a polish, and a UV sealant. Used it on my old headlights and it worked mint. Plastx also works good for a quick clean up but doesn't get away deep scratches that need to be sanded out.
