Well from my understanding and I dont care what the "rep" at summit said, thats a Holley 4010 series carb. For a street car that wont see carb tuning and stuff I dont see why the carb wouldnt work etc
On a race car I can see where its a problem. How does the gas flow out of the bowls when you want to jet the carb?
I have one of these carbs here and its not a horrible design but I think it was useless to bring them back. Also after reading that article Summit has a lot of work ahead of them to remove some of the metal shards and imperfections.. Sounds like a BG carb now.. lol

The thing is Autolite 4100s (what this is ultimately based on) are indestructible units.

Yeah theyre not bad carbs, I wouldnt pick one over a 4150 series though. Theres a reason the 4010 series was killed shortly after it was made.
But I like playing with powervalves...? lol
