This has been a long time coming. He hasnt been happy with honda since 2007. When they redesigned the bike at the end of the 06 season after the rule change of 990cc's to 800cc's they screwed him. They had to alter the new 800cc bike so nicky can fit on it. They just so happened to design the bike so small that he couldnt physically fit on the bike........but his team mate Dani Pedrosa that is barley 5' fits perfect......?
Honda has a history of doing this. They did it to Valentino Rossi and now to Nicky. It will be sweet revenge when Nicky is on a better bike and is back in form. He aggresive dirt track style of riding will suit the Ducati better then the honda he is on now.
I just cant wait till Sept!!!! Im going to Indy for the US GP!!!!
