Some of you know that I bought glen's camaro. I've been trying to transfer the system from my firebird into the camaro. The biggest problem i'm running into should not be this big of a problem. My firebird had all manual windows/locks/seats. the camaro has power everything. In the firebird, the wires ran through the little rubber hose that connects the door with the car frame. In the camaro, there are so many wires for the windows and locks that I can't run the wire through with them because there isn't enough room. Anyone know what I can do about this? It's pretty much the last hurdle and then i'll be done. thanks in advance

what wires are you trying to run from the door to the interior?
Orinackra
can you trim the rubber at all? If Im thinking of the right thing, isnt that like a 2-3" hole?

Are they just speaker wires?

you can either use the existing speaker wire or cut open the wire loom and snake your in with the others

i don't want to use the existing speaker wire because it's crappy stock wires. I'm running about 600 watts through the speakers... stock wires won't handle it very well. yes mitch it's about 2-3". It's a Pos/neg/ground wires from the amps to the door speakers. I can't even see where it should come out of (next to the clutch somewhere is my guess). I highly doubt i have to take apart the ENTIRE dash to get to the hole but i'm running out of ideas. i've tried taking the rubber tubing out but it's at such an awkward angle i can't get it completely out. I'm gunna try again tomorrow morning when it's nice out. I'm sick of freezing my ass off, cutting up my hands and getting nowhere. at least tomorrow i'll be warm haha

OK Just give me a buzz. 401-823-8295 ask for KJ If that number doesn't work then try my cell 401-855-6055

I basically already know where they should go without looking at it. All cars are basically the same.
just some are prettier lol.

I'll be available around 12

cool thanks man. I don't think i'd be able to do it at 12 though. I have to work at 1 and will be in the marion/mattapoisett area all morning. actually heading up there in a few minutes. But if me and glen can't figure it out if we have time, i'll definitely give you a call. and this way i could come to you instead of makin you come out here. we'll see how it goes and i'll give you a call if we're stuck. thanks again
