I've heard the 2v heads from Fox lake are a lot better.

I have heard mixed reviews about Fox Lake and nothing but bad reviews about Patriot heads, so Trick Flow is definitely worth looking into.

Patriot heads are stock ported castings.

Dez has a set of the TF heads either incoming or might already be there now.. they sent them to him to R&D on his car and do a tech article for MM&FF magazine. The Fox Lake heads are pretty much the best out there for stock castings reworked. Patriot heads are the most hit or miss since they use cheapo valvetrain parts. they have been terrible with valve seals through the years.

we had a set of fox lake heads on a lightning, the flow numbers were not very impressive. also had a set of 5.0 heads that fox lake ported took a look at them with the valves out and them sent them to someone else to do another 2,000 worth of porting.
the lightning now has navigator heads that flow over 300 cfm stock, iirc the fox lake heads were high 240's low 250's, the downside of the navigator heads is the whole top of the motor is different.
