I have a Delta 40 Flowmaster and wondering if I should put it on my car or sell it and get something else. Let me know your ideas. Thanks!

I'd say sell it and get a pair of magnaflows

Everyone loves to diss flowmaster but they are really good for a stock motor. They also sound better than a magnaflow on a v8. But in your situation with a v6 I would have to say magnaflow or if you want to be different try outthe edelbrock sdt, ive always loved the sound of that muffler.

I hate flowmaster, they suck. I dis them because I've seen flow #'s and dyno sheets with them costing power.

Magnaflow sounds WAY better than a blowmaster on any V8.

I'd have to agree.

Well different strokes for different folks. Ive never liked the magnaflow sound think it sounds rice.

I got flowmasters for free.

I sold them and bought dynomax.

yeah but were talking about a v6....

I would say that it will not make the car sound right. I like Magnaflows but they are quite overpriced. For the money you can get a DynoMax muffler, have a little bit of a quieter tone, but it still sounds beefy.

I've got a dynomax on my Cavalier.. it replaced a straight through Magnaflow that would rattle the neighbors windows (ok I exaggerate).
