Just a thought, but i think the submission threads and voting threads for ROTM and BOTM should be stickied, that way its easier to find...maybe the postwhore thread too..

The ROTM and BOTM threads are already stickied, there are no voting threads yet. And the postwhore thread is an idea, but it never seems to fall away anyhow
