I got a SVS light Friday on the GP. I'm wondering if it would be caused by the HID's I put in. The only problem is, I put those in Sunday after the opener. Would it take a week to be a problem? The light comes on as soon as I start the car

I honestly don't think that would have been the cause, was it direct plug and play?

does your manual have any ifno and if not i gots my scanner if your car is OBD2 we can check it out

I'm willing to bet it has nothing to do with the headlights.

I put my OBDII scanner to it. It gave no codes. According to the GP sites a light wil put that up

Swap the stockers back and find out?

does it need an oil change? sometimes they set the light for an oil change

No. The car has whats called a DIC. Driver Information Center. It's a little screen on the dash that tells you everything. Low oil, low coolant, low brake fluid, change the oil, etc.

have them look over it vry carefully factory remote start alot of the times is after market and sometimes the parts go bad and cause little issues that may be the same with your buddy with the fog lights gm sucks with add on pieces they will work awsome for a long time then sometimes just fail onc and gm is like f u not any more you dontand things have to be reprogramed

Dealer says it's most likely the head lights. There was a voltage drop prompting the code. Tap can fix?
