I'm heading up to Epping on Friday with some guys from work, if it doesn't rain. Just wondering if anyone else is planning on going. I'm finally gonna get to see what kind of times the Cobalt can get.

Ill be there friday and sat if the weather holds up. I just got the clutch in so I'm ready to go. Just waiting on the slicks.

If they're not here in time I'll still be there on the drag radials limping/wheel hopping it off the line

I should be Ok this time. I literally have 5 times more experience driving a standard now then I did the last time I was there. The short throw should help as well even though it is getting kinda sloppy. Any guesses on my best ET?

So the track conditions kind of sucked with all the rain they got earlier in the week. The best time I could manage while spinning off the line and halfway though second gear was a 13.97 at 103 mph. Time for some drag radials. Those continentals just can't put all 320 ft lbs of torque to the ground.
