so, who wants to help? Never done it, don't even know where to buy it. Basically, I just wanna tint my corner lights slightly, like shown in my sig. I have an extra pair sittign in a box, so I figured I would play with them and see how it looks.

I can help you out buddy, just let me know. This weekends rough, being my anniversary saturday and Godsons baptism sunday, but other then that I can lend a hand. The best place I know of for you to pick it up is the Enthusiast in johnston, right on atwood ave off of 295, they sell it for $11 a can, one can will be plenty for what you need. then just pick up some clear, I wouldn't even worry about wetsanding and buffing, as long as you go with a few extra coats of clear your good to go.

Most people do it wrong. Honestly, 90% of the cars at the season opener that had they're tails done, did it all wrong. It HAS to be clear and wetsanded and buffed to give a nice factory look. I'm not into the black tail look. I like to tint tails to a nice dark glossy red so it still looks factory. Here is a pic of the tails I did on my last car:

I hear what your saying, but they dont really HAVE to be wetsanded and buffed. I wont throw up my taillights, because they are black, which is how I wanted them, and still VERY glossy, but here's a shot of my headlight and cornering light, both done without wetsanding and buffing, as long as you do it right, only thing you need it clear

ummm...sure

Also, they had changed the formula atleast a couple times. Word has it that the old can with the picture of the guy with sunglasses on had clear in it, where as the can with the picture of the eclipse does not. Rumors have also been going around that the formula changed again when VHT sold it to another company (duplicolor?) and that's why it kinda disappeared for awhile and is now back on the shelves.

oops it works now

Here is a set I did just the other day. I sprayed niteshades and clear one day, with wetsanding between coats. I then wetsanded and buffed them the next day. They came out decent.
